Keeleana Peck is a recent graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and current Software Engineer in the aerospace industry. She enjoys reading non-fiction, loves having solo adventures and aspires to be a professional student.
At Cal Poly, Keeleana worked on multi-disciplinary team projects, lead the College of Engineering Ambassador as President, and taught MATLAB to third year engineering students. Keeleana has been involved in two Society of Women Engineers Team Tech projects: one as a member under the guidance of Walt Disney Imagineering and another as the software team lead under the guidance of St. Jude Medical. Additionally, Keeleana worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op for St. Jude Medical. For 6 months, she assisted in sustaining Class III medical device production and she developed and validated new manufacturing processes. You can read about her experience here.
In 2016, Keeleana graduated with her BS in Biomedical Engineering and minor in Computer Science. She hopes to further her education in Computer Science/Software Engineering on her path to a career using sophisticated methods and modern technology for solutions in all areas of engineering and science.
